Elizabeth Gamboa
Elizabeth has a special interest in helping people to recover from neck problems (disc injuries, facet joint problems, whiplash), headaches (including cervicogenic, tension, and migraine headaches), jaw pain, back pain, as well as foot and ankle conditions. She enjoys creating detailed strength and conditioning programs to help people to recover from injuries and perform at their best.
Using her unique background as a Chiropractor, Sports Trainer, and Strength and Conditioning Coach, she understands the injuries that can happen to the body in everyday life, at the gym, or on the sports field. This lets her confidently diagnose the problem, provide the right treatment, and put together specialised exercise programs to help people recover from them quickly and stop them from coming back.

Mountain Skiier
Elizabeth has recently taken on skiing as her new sport of choice, and has been cruising down the picturesque and powder snow slopes in Perisher and New Zealand.
Tennis Fanatic
One of Elizabeth's favourite summer time things to do is watch the Australian Open. She's been to five Open's around the world cheering on her favourite player Roger Federer!
Crocheter and Knitter
In her spare time, Elizabeth likes to get into the rhythm of crocheting and knitting. She's currently making some beanies to keep her husband's head warm!
